He sure sounds good to me. He mayybe the greatest jazz piano player of all time if you consider all the great musicians he's played with and made them all swing so hard and play so well. I've never heard a musician that Peterson has played behind sound bad & because Peterson played so good he raised their playing up by many notches. Buddy Rich & Ray Brown did the same to Prez, Diz, Roy, Getz, Stitt - all those great JATP & other albums on Verve are still masterpieces of jazz music.
