I believe there are several cuts in the video. The easiest ones to see are at 2:22 when you suddenly see that there are long shadows cast (probably from the lights used to make it still look like daytime and again at around 2:51 when the lights through the window on top of the door suddenly turn on when the bikers pass, and the zoom changes also when the bikers pass.

:43 and 1:20 are masked cut points I'm sure. Pretty much when something fully passes in the foreground is where a cut is.

This single shot illusion videos I think are the best.

It appears to be one take.  There actually would be time to do the costume changes, ask anyone involved in a runway shoot. What I'd be interested in knowing is how that guy could dance like that for so long. That's . . . aerobic intensity times two.

I watched it a second time to make sure, and yes, it's all one long camera take. Amazing.

Watch it again. There are definitely at least three, possibly as many as seven cuts. If it was continuous, Alison would have to completely change costume five times in 3:30. Not likely.

er, four times, between 0:20 and 2:32. Four costume changes in two minutes? pssh. Plus, the cuts are obvious once you look for them. Great video though.
