I only have two questions for you:

1) Quote your source for 60%-70% of crimes in Japan are perpetuated by Chinese. Most of the crimes Chinese commits in Japanese amounts to Visa problems.

2) I don't see news concerning Chinese committing major crimes. Japanese on the other hand has: Akihabara massacre, Sarin Gas attack, Osaka school massacre.
