怎麼會有這麼囂張的市議員！今年首次登場的國中基測，身為民代的 的市議員，竟然大剌剌擋住考生專車，不讓學生去考試，台中市議員 陳清景24日上午到大德國中打網球，運動完開車要離開，發現7輛 載送考生前往考試的考生專車停在學校校園裡，讓他無法移車，竟然 在專車逐漸開出後，憤怒地用轎車硬擋最後一輛考生專車，還破口大 罵。
考試專車車隊長表示，「他(陳清景)就不能過，他就一直嗶嗶嗶按 喇叭，我也跟他道歉啊，剩最後一台後就可以出來時，他就去前面擋 住。」
不滿座車被擋，市議員攔專車阻赴試場，在校長拼命道歉、懇求下， 市議員才放行，讓學生專車送學生去考試，等了5分鐘，考生才能離 開，但是匆匆到達現場，考試心情大受影響。
大德國中考生說，「不知道(專車)怎麼這樣慢？(議員)就很過分 ，好像自己很厲害一樣。」
市議員陳清景則說，「遊覽車這樣的校車，為什麼不講？他(專車) 給人家擋住都不說，只說我的錯。」
市議員說學校也有錯，不滿大家都指責他，但是為民喉舌的市議員， 將自家車子開進校園，已經涉嫌特權，還公然攔車影響考生權益，這 樣的民代，實在是令台中市民感到心寒。
