ive been trying to learn this song and the octave thing on right hand is giving me lots of trouble bc i have small hands so i really have to stretch them, so i lose much accuracy. does anyone have any advice?

I have pretty small hands too, so when I reach to hit octaves, my fingertips are on the edges of the keys, but somehow I manage, I guess its just practice.

The problem I've always had with this particular piece is that the composer had some good thematic ideas but she never developed them very well. That and the left had part is super boring albeit harmonically correct. I don't think that Badarcveszka had any formal musical training and that shows in the somewhat clumsy way the piece is structured.

It's: Bądarzewska. She was eighteen or so when she wrote it. She studied piano as all the young girls at these times. Composing was just her natural talent.

I like this tempo better than what it's really supposed to be like.
