This is a poor version. Though it will probably be loved at the Proms, and in most opera pubs...

Yes Renée is a marvelous singer. l have heard her here in Barcelona, Lieders and operas.. Netrekko was over rated for being good looking. There are some MORGEN much, much better, , but she has very good managers, l don't believe that she is going to sing for much more, . But she is still a beautiful woman...

Oh yeah, the most overrated and she's not even good enough. RIP Opera!

Netrebko's performance was certainly better than i expected, though she appears not to give a great deal of attention to the relationship between the soprano/violin voices. This is especially obvious at "Werden wir still und langsam" (2:06). Way too much unnecessary 'rit.' - pure, egotistical indulgence.

I recommend vesione of Renèe Fleming.
She is so elegant and Feminine.
