This is my fave YouTube version of all, despite the somewhat poor audio quality.

Just the right amount of expression yet technically tight and very rich in dynamics.

The one done by the BBC proms has great audio quality but poor dynamics I don't know if it was the orchestra or the volume processing of the broadcast.

I didn't like the one done by Eiji Oue at all.

people agree that from 3.05 is the best part simply because of its exposure. It was used as the musical basis of Sir Cecil Spring-Rice's poem that eventually because "I Vow To Thee My Country" in the UK and "My Country tis of Thee" in the US. However, the entire piece by Holst is one of the most remarkable orchestral pieces ever.

shivers every time . somehow every note makes it perfect , how did Holst write such a masterpiece. Brilliant
