The correct way of creating AUM is in three stages. First part is AAA where breath is generated from the lower abdomen; the second part is OOOO - breath from the middle part Lungs; and the third part UM UM UM if at the top of the body from throat to brain. Chanting of "AUM" brings all the inetrnal vibrations in the body into harmony and thus gives us 'peace' in mind. Five minutes of meditating on the sound "AUM" gives energy that lats a whole day.
