@MsBethBett 1,68 and 69kg - not slim? Umm ok, I wish I was looking like that. You probably mainly need to tone. You might even stay with the same weight then, considering that you are not obese, but since - as said before - muscle has less volume than fat, you might slim down a lot and get toned while the weight won't change too much. Which is not a bad thing, I am sure that most of the slim women in this video weigh at least 65kg or more :) Again, good luck with all that! :)

Thanks a lot for your encouragement ! I'm not slim :(, I wish I could be. This is the reason that I said "STOP ! It's time for a change !" and chose to start a healthy diet and do some exercises. @MsBethBett If you just started a healthy died and workout, then I am absolutely convinced you will lose even more than 5kg or if you are already slim you will look even slimmer, even without losing a lot of weight, because of the whole thing with 1kg of muscle is smaller than 1kg of fat. i started doing all 5 videos about 5 days ago. i'd like to know if i can lose 5 kg in 2 months by doing this and having a healthy diet. what do u think ? Bett.
