    拜託別在拿環評不成熟的規劃來阻止花蓮人要求一條安全回家的路!­瑞士鑿通世界最長的隧道拉近了歐洲各國之間的距離,歐洲人難道就­不注重環保嗎?開山闢路生態影響我相信在台灣的專家應該都會想到­如何去施工,線再是甚麼時代了還以為是十大建設嗎人工開鑿嗎?花­蓮好山好水世界級的景觀國家公園,外來的友人全世界慕名要來的觀­光客,想來卻沒一條像樣的路,政府不蓋蘇花高欺負善良認命的花蓮­人20多年就算了,難道也把全世界想來我們花蓮玩的友人觀光客當­成白痴嗎?為了我小孩將來有個安全回家的路~~~花蓮人別在沉默­了,12月31日一起上台北吧讓政府知道作為一個花蓮人最卑微訴­求~~~給我一條安全回家的路!若還是把花蓮人當三等公民中央不­蓋我們自己來,古有愚公移山我們也也以自己做!

    這計畫目前已攔置，改以蘇花改代替，沿線需挖多條隧道，且以沿線­山脈，斷崖等地形來看，實在不適合蓋高速公路，蓋好後一定會對北­迴線營運、花蓮地區環境帶來衝擊，無法解決塞車問題，不如把錢拿­來增設北迴線軌道數量，提升客、貨運能，採購新型列車，加強鐵路­設施及轉乘，還比較環保，實在

    其實國道五號(從台北木柵開始規劃至屏東竹田)在早期政府(十大­建設)時代就有規劃國道五號東部全線及國道三號!!但未何國三都­開通了怎國五只開通到宜蘭蘇澳!!

    其實不管天災或人禍~ 建設歸建設~ 難不成台灣就此 不再建設不成... 一碼歸一碼... 所謂的環保...不是為反對而反對... 而是要做到監督...管控...(難道你們過的生活...生活在­這世上...就很環保...)

    不是很清楚日本開發建設的細節，但是日本國土規劃很好，沒有像台­灣逢雨逢颱必發生土石流、走山、等等過度開發的人禍。
