You can tell this singer is good if you listen to her turns, it's just that the english brings her down, but in chinese she would be great

it meaning is totally different to the lyric. my thought on it is that his loves for her is so great, he is willing to sacrafice himself to save her. (it like he turning into a mice and give her new sight.)=fantasy
though the video clearly protray the fat dude dont get the girls and the handsome doctor does. it in no way help the video meaning. since the doctor fail so bad.
