You probably read about her in some mag. She could of been born anywhere but Born American from Hawaii is a fact.

Not being a jerk here, but could you state your source? Mine says L.A. born, and relocated... I just like having the facts straight. As in FACT: Yuna Ito is the shit.

Haha... well, if you're talking about lyrics, how can Utada be not good, but Yuna be better? I mean, Yuna's never written her own song in English o__o... Lol...

I did say that I doubted she had, though I'm very keen to find out who wrote "Unite As One".
Regardless, I'm not comparing their writing ability.

Utada could possibly write better English lyrics - we won't know until she does so. 'Til then - we've only got "This Is The One", which I personally think actually pales in comparisson with "Exodus", both lyrically and musically. The music in "Exodus" is quite fresh and experimental.
That's just my personal opinion. People are free to disaggree.
