the funniest thing ive seen of this war (media coverage-way) was a picture of old lady sitting outside a house and crying 'why have the done that'. both western and russian media claimed this for their own purpose - russians stated she was talking about georgian attack, westerners stated she was talking about russian attack.

like country like media. i still think they should be ashamed.
russian soldiers themselves may have not commited (m)any crimes, but they let ossetian militias to drive georgians from their homes, russians claiming 'they are combat units, not policing'. still intertational conventions demand the occupying combating force/side/belligerent to protect civilians and puts responsibility on them. so officially there's no way russian military can say 'we cant do a thing'. they were obliged.

so,if you support so called "south ossetia" that means you are supporting separatists? if thats true then you should support independance of alabania becasue thats what your russians friends did,thay helped and armed separatists in georgia not only now but going back to 1990s,i have met few people from serbia and i must say you are good and educated people,i feel bad to what happend to serbia but you also have to understand that being friends with russia is not going to bring you any good

Sochi was a georgian land??? Learn the real history!! not legends and propaganda!! In 7th century Georgia was an islamic Tbilisi emirate. Alanians are one of most ancient people in the world. During The Migration Peoriod alanians settled entrire the Europe and even North Africa. But their motherland is Caucasus.
