The oldest copy we have from Aristotle was written 1400 years after his death. We have 49 copies from this period that match

The oldest copy from the New Testament was written 100 years after the death of Christ. We have 5600 copies from this period that match

So when you look at it, the New Testament is probably the most reliable text we have from antiquity
