Hi! Currently I am working with a SPOT too, can you tell me what you did exactly with the SPOT? Did you Measure Acceleration? Oh and wrote everything within 1 Day? COOL. I am a beginner at programming, is it possible for me too, to read out some sensors or do i have to train my java skills for... well let's say a year (not full time, only a few hours a day, i am hard studying (not hardly ;-) )
The project wasn't so much about rocketry as it was about working with Sun SPOTs. Their range is short (~100 meters) so a high launch wasn't so important. Instead, getting all the software written and doing the launch in one day - start to finish - was the goal. In that respect it was a great success.
Do you think that experiment was a success. It only been in air for few seconds? Also can you tell that what exactly you have monitor? What is the maximum transmission range of Sun Spot?
