    Well if you think about it, if he was left in the wild he would have suffered alot more, without his mother he wouldn't have been able to survive. Some zoo's have the highest quality of care for the animals, now I dont know much about this zoo but he seems pretty happy to me. The good thing is that he was so young that he never had the opportunity to live in the wild so he has no memories of it. At least he's taken care of

    Wouldn't his name be pronounced Knoot (with the K and oo) since he is a German bear? Or is this just another example of Brits ignoring other cultures?
