It's not an inquisitor I think, but a mage.

Besides, inquisitor is the paladin-style Priest. Priest looks more like that guy than inquisitor.

It's an Inquisitor without his helmet, you can see the helmet lying on the ground beside the dead soldier at the tree :P

so it says,that chaos will appear and destroys life

and it is mentioned in the 13th century in alatin hymn or poem (day of judgement)
