Total nonsense. This performance of this song, right here, by the man himself, is without equal. His voice is so road worn and flush with the steel of his experience, his guitar picking is golden, and his lyrics are supreme, delivery perfect to the last syllable. I love Willie, but come on man. That's Townes Van Zandt!

my parents, mom and more importantly dad had townes' albums dating back to the lower half of the 70's. one wonders out of kindness i suppose, how does one come into being. a little of van zandt and lou reed. whatever happened on that christmas of 81' music based on est exposure. the way it goes. i exist, and why, play the percentages at stud if you want but what low odds you came to be, i say. and you may now wonder yourself. peace. dad and i got big lebowski. flowers somewhere.
