That flash towards the end, was that the second stage engine igniting with the nozzle inside the first stage?

why did they use their final engine design with its longer shutdown time for the FIRST time on their first launch with actual payload???

Damn, I was really rooting for this one. Mankind needs an expanded presence in space to survive, and because of the current condition of our govt, private enterprise will have to lead the way.
