Biogrpahy: Keith Adam Van Horn (born October 23 1975, in Fullerton, California) is an American basketball player who is under contract with the New Jersey Nets. Van Horn graduated from Diamond Bar High School and played for the University of Utah. He was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers with the second pick in the 1997 NBA Draft.
Van Horn has been a member of the New Jersey Nets (twice), the Philadelphia 76ers, the New York Knicks, the Milwaukee Bucks and the Dallas Mavericks. His best season as a pro came in his 2nd year in the league, when he put up a career high 21.8 scoring average as well as 8.5 rebounds per game. In his career, he has been a member of two runner-up teams: the 2002 Nets and the 2006 Mavericks. Following that season, he took a year off, in order to spend time with his family. In February of 2008, Van Horn signed a three-year deal with the Mavericks with only the first year guaranteed. That first year would earn him 4.3 million for less than half a season of work. Van Horn was immediately traded to the Nets, part of a blockbuster trade for Jason Kidd. However, it is highly unlikely that Van Horn will get any playing time, as he was involved almost entirely to facilitate the financial aspects of the trade.
Among Van Horn's collegial accomplishments is being the first player in the Mountain West Conference to be named Player of the Year three times (1995, '96, '97), being the second player in MWC history to make first-team all-MWC four years, and being the leading career scorer in Utah and MWC history with 2,542 points. In February 2008, he was among 16 players named to the University of Utah's "All-Century" basketball team.Traded for Tim Thomas at two separate times (1997 - Sixers/Nets, 2004 - Bucks/Knicks). After Jason Kidd once pushed Nets management to trade Van Horn in 2002, he was traded for Kidd back to New Jersey in 2008. Appeared on the cover of the NBA Jam 99 Video Game

Man, I use to ball that fool up back in the day ! We all use to play at ronald regan park in diamond bar and i use to cross that fool over ! j/k, but every guy who lived in diamond bar during this era has muttered those words at one time or another : )
I always thought that Keith Van Horn and Nick Van Exel were the chosen one's, I always thought they were the ones that could've brought balance to the Knicks.
KVH will always be my favorite player of all time. Followed him since he came into the league when I was 7 years old... Had to switch my favorite teams every year when he kept getting traded. Great player, even better person. Kind of stinks he's no longer playing but he had a good career and has his family. I always wanted to meet him.
