Sorry, but she can't sing. She's barely a decent actress. Why couldn't they just get a real singer for this little bit part? I hate Hollywood backscratching. And please don't bore me with outraged responses. It's just an opinion.
She's fun.... I mean, she came up with the website GOOP, and I have to give credit where it is due. Her acting is fine, but that nasal, Long Island sound of hers just trends fl-a-a-a-a-a-t. If you close your eyes, it is almost Fran Drescher. Could I sing it? No. But there are better songbirds out there more deserving of juicy musical cameos.
She's okay acting wise, but... she's flat. I mean, it's music, and she is FLAT. Really, really, flat. Nasal too... Please don't get all angry with me, but it's true.
