Alaskan Native thoughts on climate change

This short (2:00) video features Perry Pungowiyi from the Native Village of Savoonga on St. Lawrence Island, Alaska. It's his second time on board the HEALY where he was invited by Chief Scientist, Jackie Grebmeier, to observe and participate in some of the research that was being done during the cruise, including the NOAA/National Marine Mammal Laboratory study of Arctic ice seals and observations of spectacled eiders. He wants viewers to appreciate that he is speaking here as an individual, and that his comments should not be taken as the views and opinions of the people of St. Lawrence Island.

Global Warming is such a scam its rediclous! The temps. have not been going up not since 1998 when the warming trend stopped. Also just use common sense...When there was a warming period back a couple hundred years who casued that? The cavemans? The fact is there is no real evidence that the world is warming in the 21st century. Global warming is a flat out money making hoax! Dont believe everything you see on the media. Also, one valcano, releases a whole century worth of CO2 we make!

"4 years ago" lol, still global warming is bullshit and I was right a volcano (such as hawaii big island) releases such vast amounts of co2 it is the same amount we have produced since the industrial revolution.

we should stop saying "This could accelerate Global warming"

rather its like a .....Domino Effect ...... if one piece FALLS most of the other pieces could fall.....

one example would be .... during 2003 Europe heat wave plants in Europe actually REVERSED their photosynthesis... it was that hot .... and actually started taking in Oxygen and releasing CO2 in the Air.....
