Why would there be thermite there, A we don't kill ourselves, B it's not the best thing to demolish ANYTHING, and of coarse, C burning jet fuel is plenty fucking hot to melt down steel beams, you try and give me a reason why it was there I'll listen.
just gotta mention that jet fuel is similar to diesel. Not as exothermic as other fuels such as avgas or petrol. Apart from that, I tend to agree with you.

I think that if you really want to know and you need more than this man's word, you can read the scientific report, it explains precisely what they found, the fact that it comes from nanotechnology, and cannot be homemade, only military or big chemist ent can make it.
