Safer chemicals within REACH

This is great, E.U is finally doing something good for us.

Ban all toxic chemicals, there are safer alternatives to toxic chemicals, just the laziness and greed in the chemical industry has stood against banning toxic chemicals

A device has been invented that can detect what chemicals are in food in less that 10 seconds, those working at the REACH program should know about this and support the mass production of that device with funds.

And also make the rules even stricter than REACH.

This is great! The chemical industry was fighting REACH pretty much, but they lost (got just a few of their desired relaxations) and people won. Yes "people", because the people by their votes chose who decides in Brussels. Nice things can happen in politics too. ;-) I love the EU

Rubbish, This is just pushing the responsibility from the EU onto industry. It is the EU being lazy. Reach is proving to be a headache for small to medium businesses. Anyone who deals with any chemicals. Not just nasty chemicals this video is talking about. In the end big business wins and small business loose out leading too less competitive markets. REACH affects much more than the chemical industry. And a hell of alot of animal testing is going to take place because of the legislation.
