    oh i read something abt a pc like that were if u push a certain button on the inside or something while its on the power box will nuke itself. i had a regular desktop with windows 3.0. i think windows 98 and win XP where the best in terms of being lightweight. I have vista and i love it better than all but i dislike how much it takes to run it...its almost maddening how much ram and powerful CPU has to be to run it w/o slow downs. my pc is fast enough to run it just saying

    Yeah, I had an old 286 machine and I played DOOM a lot on it and enjoyed Windows 3.11. Until, one day, when I tried to power it on, and there was a large crackling sound from the power supply and a puff of smoke. (Oddly, it passed the memory test, then the screen began to flicker and went out and then it blew up.) I miss that PC. I also had a Commodore 64 and at one point two Amigas.

    this comment section is turning into an interesting topic lol. Yeah same here bud... to be honest there was a decade (in the 90s lol) where macs had some killer (2D) games. Back then macs where the shit! I remember playing dinosuar games on them with those super huge floppy disks(the big ones not the 1 1/2). then there was IBM and that wall maze game, hangman, and windows had the best arcade games astriods, centepide, math blaster(who remembers that shit? lol). :p

    Of course not!!! I dislike Macs. The problem I have with them is that they're way overpriced for what they are, which is just glorified PCs.

    lol wait were u trying to not recommend mac to me? don't worry i wudnt buy a mac for anything...it just doesn't suit me. Most Applications are out for windows. Mac has a few goodies in the bag but not enough to make me want to hunt down a mac. I'm shocked theyre still around after all these years. By now u wud figgure that they went out of business or something with windows dominating the market and all for PC OS...

    Where do you live? In this country, (UK), we have a reseller in Basingstoke. We went in there and made fun of the salesperson, completely inept at using a Mac. We wanted to see a high-definition video on the 22" iMac, couldn't find one. What's the point of having such a nice screen without anything to watch on it? Then he tried to sell us an iPhone by telling us that he had "converted". That's when we left, Oh, and here, almost everyone I know doesn't know about Linux.

    @True2TheBlueYoViGang

    @we dont care much abt them i dont mean we hate macs just theyre so hard to find in my city it's like why bother with it? linux is only a click away vs a mac being shipped from who knows where to my front door and worrying abt it getting damaged and so on during shipping... theres probably 1 store in my city that sells them but i doubt it... its so rare i've never seen one for sale at all. That's y where i live i can definitely say theres more WINDOWS+LINUX users than MAC

    LOL ok let me tell you this, if i ask my neghibors and friends have you heard of linux? they will talk about ubuntu and linux mint (those are the first two they mention first). If you mention mac they have no idea even how to use one niether do i theyre so rare were i live. Thats why i doubt theres more mac vs linux users. I see macs in movies, games and stuff all the time they have hella good advertising but walmart wont even sell you a mac down here so we dont care much abtem
