The story is some what the same.. He actually heard the girl playing one of his Sonatas in F and when she got to the Presto Agitato, she couldn't play it. They didn't know it was Beethoven and begged him to stay and play one last song after they found out. Yet, the room was dark so Beethoven opened the window and the Moonlight Crept in and he composed the song to the Moonlight and went home to write it down while it was still in his memory.
