Shadows - Apache 1964

its still a good bit of vintage shadows footage, i love the guitars they are using here, they are burns (marquee ??) guitars not stratocasters, must be before they got hold of strats.

my grandad passed away a couple of days ago. He used to blast these tunes to wake me up in the morning *smiles*

No, it actually sounds live to me.

dont think its live, the guitars dont seem to be plugged in and the song is faster than the album version but the pitch is higher which suggests it was sped up slightly for time....

My dad always played this on his electric guitar when I was a kid... I can see it before my eyes... me sitting in the livingroom couch when I was five years old, and he sitting down with his Fender Stratocaster Deluxe, playing this song. Rarely have I seen dad as happy as when he plays his guitar... *sigh* Those were the days...
