After harvesting it for the first time, can it grow again into a full grown wheat so that i can get the seeds? Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge to us.

I have never tried, but honestly grain is so low cost and abundant that when you weigh it all up it's much easier, faster etc to simply replant with fresh grains.

Depends where you live - weather and pollution/environmental factors come in to play. It needs TLC : )

You would have to grow it all the way to full-grown wheat!

Cut with sharp knife or scissors. One growth only (see below)

It will grow again but it is not "valuable" growth. Best to compost after first yield and start again with fresh compost.
