Wouldn't it be just great if we could stop time sometimes and make things happen the way we wanted them to. Well using the technique 'Stop Motion' Dutch Media Designer Jelle van Dun has done just that. His clip "My animated world" was an instant success on the Internet.

'Stop motion' is a technique in which still photos are joined together to create the illusion of movement. The camera must capture each separate movement, six photos make only 1 second of film.
Twenty seven year-old Jelle Van Dun started making stop motion films with clay figures about 11 years ago. It's something that takes a lot of creativity and imagination but Jelle Van Dun's films have become a huge internet success.
Many filmakers are now paying hommage to the Dutchman. He's even started his own company, making films for Dutch television and foreign companies.
