The real breakthrough would be getting more than 10 minutes of useful battery life per charge. Provided one can find a small and light enough pinhole wireless cam to wire up, the concept here could be replicated with an OTS PiccoZ or perhaps the WowWee Dragonfly. At least one part of such design could be significantly cheaper.

Useful, but the small battery life hinders it greatly.
Needs more radiation-based battery powers for any real use.
