Games are a matter of Opinion. So go with what YOU like.

Xbox is £200 with 120Gb HDD and 3 Months Xbox LIVE. After that its £40 per year.
PS3 Slim is £250 with 120Gb HDD and FREE online gaming.

Both systems have an online store where you can download demos etc.

PS3 is the BEST Blu-Ray player you can buy.
Xbox is just a DVD player.

PS3 Total cost = £250
Xbox Total cost with 1 Year LIVE = £240

Buy the one YOU like the look of most and if your into online gaming, what your friends have.

If you believe that fanboy bullshit about "Blu-Ray doesnt mean shit" then you are...

2: No nothing about technology

Let me explain... Because of the huge storage capacity on a Blu-Ray disc, the data does not have to be compressed. Whereas with a DVD9 which the Xbox 360 uses, data HAS to be compressed in order for it to fit onto the disc. The Xbox has to devote some of its GPU/CPU into un-compressing the data.

Xbox360 has better graphics. Blu-ray doesnt mean shit. just more memory can be packed on it so u can watch 3 hour long movies. Xbox360 has way better games. Top games are gears of war, halo 3, fallout 3, and MW2

Erm I own all the consoles including three 360's 2 elites and one original rrod magnet, a ps3 a wii and a pc worth more than all of them, so I'm poor because I chose xbox as the better system for me? I think not you moronic twat.

Xbox360=Mainstream gaming, and online.
PS3= Exclusives.
Wii=New version of the familly boardgame.
PC=Everything x10

Thats my view of my systems, though I do like some of the xbox exclusives to, and to be honest I havn't touched my wii for ages because nothing to play
