There was black smoke, which means that the fire didn't have enough oxygen to burn fully. Even with "bellows", hydrocarbon fuels like jetfuel will never burn at these temperatures, you need to use a blast furnace. Blast furnaces are based on high pressurising, and that is not possible under these conditions. The windows would have blown out long before this pressure would've been acchieved and you need a completely sealed space to get pressurisation. Sorry to bring it, but your theory is wrong.
