    no te desesperes.....el cuerpo es una maquina extraodinaria que aprende rapido y no se olvida. facilmente puedes llegar regresar al estado fisico que antes tenias en menos de 6 meses

    hola xxcholox estas mezclando fuerza anaerobica con fuerza aerobica por que yo y muchos mas hacemos 4 horas de gym , spininng, y salimos a correr asi que la resistencia la tenemos ahora el tema de la fuerza muscular no es el tamaño de los musculos si no cuantas fibras musculares puedas reclutar en ese momento mientras mas fibras reclutes mas fuerzas tendras conozco flacos muy flacos con una fuerza bestial asi como musculosos que no la tienen bueno un beso desde argentina a todos
