    I did some research about it. Lawrence Ray's (played Sam) actual name is actually Lars Oostveen who comes from the Netherlands. Frank Brunet (played Nic) is a Frenchman. He speaks French, English and German with perfect accent.

    Hi! Yes, the subtitle is in English for this episode. This is because I got it already subtitled in English and I couldn't do anything to it, so I uploaded it as is.

    I prefer English subtitles, I try to listen to the German but if there are word I don't understand I can quickly check what they were.

    Hi! Yes, sometimes English subtitles have this kind of advantage. However, sometimes I also wanna know what word is being said (especially if I cannot hear and comprehend the pronunciation). So, in my opinion, switchable subs in English and German will definitely be a win-win.

    If someone wrote the german subs for this episode and english subs for the others, it would actually be possible to have both since the video has a black area around it. I personally like the german subs though.
