    I'm not sure, I don't personally know Brian Pupos, but he has some really good choreography. This guy up top didn't rip of Brian's whole routine, just some exact moves. As far as the copyright goes. Ask him yourself. Just because your not copyrighted doesn't mean they didn't rip you off.....just make's it difficult to prove in legal matters. In my opinion, real talent comes from deep within.....yeah you draw inspiration from people you like, but not mimic there style.
