A) We have no proof he ever agreed to any such thing. You are assuming this, but King never says this, nor does Prejean in fact. She simply says that earlier she had told him she couldn't legally speak about the contents of her mediation, not her feelings about the mediation or the circumstances leading up to it (Which happen to be the only thigns anyone would WANT to talk to her about, considering her 15 seconds of fame came about because of her idiotic behavior that lead to the mediation) --
