Notice that Sarah Palin only says a woman shouldn't go to jail for aborting their rapist's baby. She's being honest about that. But what she's not mentioning is that the anti-choice movement is trying to make it illegal for doctors to perform abortions. Those doctors who do perform them would go to jail. So you girls are fine as long as you take care of it yourself with a coat hanger in the bathroom.

"For example, psychologist J.M. Prescott, in a cross-cultural investigation published in The Bulletin of Atomic Scientists (1975), found that societies forbidding premarital sex are plagued by acts of rage, and tend to have higher rates of crime and violence. Prescott also found a link between sexual repression and aggression, insensitivity, criminal behavior, and a greater likelihood of killing and torturing enemies."
(Cont'd) So to whoever the fucktard was that said "back then, when we were ENFORCING abstinence, we didn't have this shit" no, sir, these problems DON'T exist in countries that ENFORCE abstinence... those countries have it even WORSE!
Seriously, before you fundamentalist fucktard/conservatard "pro-life" zealots spew out your ignorance any more, go down to the fucking library, fucking READ something else besides your bible and Fox News, and get fucking educated, MORONS!
In those countries it's mostly the powers that be that commit most of the crimes, but, of course, there's the underground crime. They just learn to be sneakier. In some totalitarian countries, you're forced to have an abortion if you go over the one-child-only limit. Is that what these anti-choice folks want? Remember, bullies could go either way. I know you know all of this, Headhunter, I don't know why I feel compelled to put my 2 cents in.
I know that, but there's still "the link between sexual repression and aggression part". And it's the fundamentalist extremism that's responsible for a lot of the violence, the same people (or should I say, nutjobs) who are opposed to premarital sex "cuz dat's what deir bible sez".
Not to mention that filling teen's heads with anti-sex rhetoric fill fuck them up (no pun intended) later on in life; Ed Gein, anyone (poor corpses, LOL)?
@Headhunter004 That's true. Of course, rape itself is violent. But I know what you mean. Excess testosterone can be discharged in other ways, sometimes violent, fighting and shooting, etc.. Some people are frigid or perverted all their lives, even in their marriage relationships, due to guilt complexes instilled in them at a very early age.
How about those notorious sundry clerics who are so repressed from trying to be too perfect, for so long and then do they'll something horrible, like commit child abuse. I don't want to hit any innocent targets here. I believe people can sublimate the sex drive, but it has to be their own choice.
Haven't you heard? The "pro-life" movement isn't concerned with reducing abortions (or "saving babies" as they would say) at all. Not only do they oppose birth control access (they even oppose CONDOMS FFS!) and comprehensive sex education (in favor of FAILED abstinence only education), but they also oppose welfare and natal care for pregnant women. Bottom line is that they don't value life at all, they just want to punish women for having sex, plain and simple.
But yeah, I find it very humorous how the side that claims to care soooooooooo much for unborn children is constantly fighting tooth and nail to implement policies that INCREASE abortions, because of course, to decrease them would be for them to compromise their own sense of morality, and of course, they refuse to compromise with those dirty sluts!
