do you think that 1 more time before HG/SS comes to the US they'll have an event to get the special 12? movie Arceus

Hey did you watch the ending credits to the Arceus movie? I saw team rocket crawl out of the river and into the woods where they encountered something! I'm not sure what it was but it looked to me like a pokémon with a round body and an angry face. It had red and black vertical stripes and used an electric attack. Did anybody else see this?
