Sadly, the box office sales, and the fact that Avatar has made more money than any other movie ever released proves that Avatar is the best movie made to date. While it was predictable, the other fact I would like to present to you is that ALL movies are predictable, because they all follow the same routine, except for a very small handful.

measuring a movie based on a numerical value in some asset account isnt really a very good way of measuring its quality. movie critics will probably still say that citizen kane was the greatest american film ever made regardless of how much money it made. the difference between avatars predictability and some others was the fact that you could predict EVERYTHING and not just the overall outcome.
