That's a man. His name is Mana, he used to be in Malice Mizer, but is now in Moi Dix Mois. As far as I know (I don't really follow him, so if someone can correct me if I'm wrong, I'll love you forever XD).

i don't think he's ever actually hit anybody... not that he's admitted at least. mostly he attacks inanimate objects, like doors and chairs... T.T poor objects...
