I read he got 30 days in jail and 5 years probation, that was in 2005 so he will, presumably, complete his probation this year.

Actually, he was arrested for two counts of "gross sexual imposition", with the victim listed on the court docket as a "female child".
The nurse groping story was a hoax, started by a guy who claimed to be his brother, and that Brian had a time machine.
