This game was so underrated its not even funny, in terms of content and originality with the characters like garuda, allen, D.Dark it wipes the floor over SF4 especially in terms of music imo

The title of this song is 'Rising Dragoon'. Not Rising Dragon.

Even though Shoryuken roughly translates to 'Rising Dragon Fist'.

Its a shame though as SFEX gave us some good character designs that would be worthy additions to new Street Fighter games - its just that they never really got expanded upon as characters that they tend to be forgotten by the fighting games playing public at large. Plus, the EX series weren't exactly good compared to the other SF games at the time so the characters are generally considered poor by association.

Yea man , I have to say Allen is the best ryu/ken based character man . He's too good.

Arika created a fighting game with Allen and Blair in called Fighting Layer but its very low profile that barely anybody knows about it. I was hoping that they would create a Fighting Layer 2 with all the remaining characters that they created for the SFEX series but that never materialised. Arika are doing very little these days. Since 2006 they've developed two games for the Wii and two for the DS. Thats all. You've got to wonder how they are managing to stay in business.

Yea man , it makes me also wonder how the anime companies do aswell, I heard they got it real hard . Since video games companies should have a larger budget( more expenses included) it surprises me to . Someone told me about fighting layer on another vid , you're right not alot of people know about it.
