you hold a state powerlifting record with a deadlift of 440? What state is that? the state of confusion?

it benefits anyone. you cannot severely restrict calories if you are vigorously exercising. I practice a moderate form that allows enough calories for cardio and weights.
No problems here with any of the things you mentioned, but people react differently. If it don't work, don't use it, but most can benefit.

And Stonewall...I currently hold a WNPF powerlifting state record that you or anyone else are free to try to beat. You may not be impressed with my numbers but I don't see anyone else wiping them off the board.

Ahhhh, the Okinawa diet. I've read/studied the book. It has some good info...some that may only benefit sedentary old men. I've also practiced CRON in my mid-thirties and dropped to 160 lbs. at 6 ft. tall. Yeah, that was fun. I was cold in the middle of summer, my hair started to fall out, my sex drive disappeared, I got head rushes every time I stood up and I was so weak I could barely pedal a bike. Yeah...good times. Who wants to live to 120 if that's what each day is like? Not me.

Funny how you only point out the 400 lb. deadlift which A.) was posted a LONG time ago and B.) was surpassed by an EASY 440. During my next strength cycle I'm sure I'll hit 470-480. I have many lifts posted....some impressive, some just OK. When all is said and done I am still stronger than 99% of men my age and I am still stronger than YOU. Correct?

I follow the Okinawa diet, one thats been used for hundreds of years by hundreds of thousands of people, the longest lived in the world and they live on a low Calorie low fat diet moron. CRon Calorie restriction with Optimum Nutrition is the only proven method of life extension. not eating Lard-ass! lol show me studies where high protein extends life.

I don't post any personal info on the internet , my choice. you post a deadlift of 400 like its something special and you weigh over 200. then you act like you know something about weigtlifting if you did you wouldn't still be a weak fatass.
