However much I lover Muster, he had absolutely NO variety whatsoever. He had legs and a powerfull topspinned forehand, and that's it. He would just overpower his opponent grinding his way inside the court. Nadal plays the same tennis, but adds dropshots, sliced shot etc.. Unfortunately, he's WAY better in all matter than Muster. Besides, Muster very nearly always lost against net players (Edberg, Stich etc..) even on clay. But those are gone today, so it would maka no difference.
Jesus Christ, I remember how much of a MONSTER Muster was on clay...NO ONE wanted to play him on dirt. And in his hey-day, I wouldve put my money on Muster over the present day Nadal.
