i lost a bunch of weight fron not eating for 7 days but drinking water and then eating veggies and fruits and work my way back up but still eat less. i loss 45 pounds but its been 3 years now and im still at a good weight
That depends on what type and how much. If you find yourself craving carbs alot of the time, you are not getting enough fat. Fat is natures appetite surpressant.... Many nuts and seeds, meat are all good sources of fat.
