Both of Nolan's Batman movies are amazing, with equally incredible soundtracks counterparting them. To me at least, they're more than just action movies based on comics. They take you inside the conflict of the decisions we must make to do right or wrong. Hollywood's stories always define a clear line between right/wrong and good/bad. But this portrays so strongly how complicated it really can be, and the soundtrack sets the tone for the emotions that go along with it. Def my favorites!!!

yeah his real name is ras al gul, i just noticed that this song is called Lasiurus, in the comics the lasiurus is the thing that keeps ras al gul immortal.

I really appreciate how Begins explains the immortality of Ra's al Ghul by making him a concept, rather than a single person, to sort of act as the other side to Batman's coin.

He's the guy who trained Bruce into a fighter, but is also the main villain.
