Most of the Batman Begins and Dark Knight music is easily recognizable as Hans Zimmer, but it's this song that really stands out as being James Newton Howard's work. Zimmer's an excellent action composer, but JNH is really good at writing more tender and dramatic moments. They're the perfect team!

This song, some parts reminds me of 'the Last Samurai' (Hans Zimmer) and some parts remind me of 'I am Legend' (James Newton Howard).

0:20 to 1:20 reminds me of 'I am Legend' OST.

1:20 to 1:53 reminds me of 'the Last Samurai' OST.
