Thomas Bickham, alias Tomboy was born on the 29th of march 1975. 3 seconds later his twin brother Michael came along.
Tomboy grew up in a small suburb with his family. It was clear from the very beginning that he was anything but ordinary.
At the age of 3 he had developed unique skills to decorate cars, guns or any boyish toys with nailpolish, rhine stones and glitter. Skills that would come in handy later on in his life.
A diva was born After highscool and the education as a tailor Tomboy started his own company. He worked freelance in the fashion industry as a designer, stylist, hairdresser & makeupartist.
At the age of 19 he was lured into the art of dragperformance. A choice that turned out to be a turningpoint in his carreer.
Connections in the fashion industry and the world of entertaintment finally lead Tomboy to what seemed to be his destiny in life: To use his voice as a recording artist.
At one of his many shows he was spottet by 3 guys who had created the ground stones to the gay concept now known as Tomboy.
New songs were written and the concept was developed over a period of 6 years. Costumes were made, hair & makeup designed and finally everything was ready to be released.
