Thus the video was very informative and kind. Thank you. I've always believed that everyone was different. This explains why some of us have certain genetic diseases that our parents had passed down, but the parents never got. As for vegan, there are plant substitutes and combination's for every animal food.

though that is what he found during his research, i wouldn't agree that it wasn't healthy as no one way of eating is healthy for all people, though a long process of fine tuning my own diet, I have found that not eating meat, fish or dairy is actually ideal for my body type

Weston Price found NO healthy Vegan tribes in the world. Metabolic typing does not recommend a vegan diet. Otherwise i approve
