Sub is good but the part from 2:56 should be corrected as this:
2:56 "Our school was private so it had strict rules".
"That's not an issue of whether private or public!"
2:59 "Public schools would not allow that absolutely, too!"

I know translations around 2:56 are wrong(mishearing of 'Houritsu(law)' -- 'Kouritsu(public)' is correct).
But "That CAN'T be legal!" is very funny, anyway.
